MACUL invites you to exhibit at the 2017 annual conference, to be held March 15-17, 2017, in Detroit, Michigan. The MACUL conference draws over 5000 attendees. Participants are technology directors, superintendents, principals, curriculum directors, K-12 teachers, media specialists, and school board members who make the purchasing decisions and all-important purchasing recommendations for hardware, software, and services – everything needed for technology to work for students. The conference provides an extraordinary marketplace for increasing sales with face-to-face, hands-on interactions with prospective customers.

Online Floorplan
Available booth spaces may be viewed in the online floorplan. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and will only be assigned with full payment.

Registration Types and Benefits

Exhibiting Company: Booth fees are $1000 per booth for Zone 1, $850 per booth for Zone 2, and $700 per booth for Zone 3. A discount of $75 for each booth will be offered for the purchase of more than 1 booth. 6 complimentary exhibitor badges per company and 1 complimentary full conference registration per company are included with booth purchase.

Conference Sponsors: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorships are available and each level provides unique benefits. Basic booth fees are $1000 per booth for Zone 1, $850 per booth for Zone 2, and $700 per booth for Zone 3; discounts will be applied for Platinum and Gold level sponsors. In addition to the 6 complimentary exhibitor badges per company and 1 complimentary conference registration per company that are included with booth purchase, sponsors receive additional complimentary exhibit hall passes as well as additional complimentary conference registrations for Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze level sponsors. Exhibit Booth Includes
Full payment for each booth must accompany the contract for booth space to be assigned. The booth fee includes:

  • One 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth space (uncarpeted, carpet may be purchased by the exhibitor)
  • One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
  • 8’ high back drape; 3’ high side drapes
  • One booth identification sign
  • One 500-watt electrical circuit
  • Six complimentary exhibitor badges per company (for entrance to hall only; additional badges are $20 each) *
  • One complimentary conference registration per company
  • Your organization’s name and information included in Program and Exhibitor Guide and on conference app
  • 24-hour security service

* Exhibitor badges are for entry into the exhibit hall only. They cannot be used for entry into conference sessions.
